Please note that we will do our best to answer your questions relating to setting up and installing any Bloom theme. Customizations are not included in that support. It’s our goal to provide excellent customer service and we will strive to answer your request within 24-48 hours during business days!
What is support and what is a customization?
Our main goal and heart of our business is to assist customers with setting up their theme like the demo website. For custom code tweaks or troubleshooting when the original code is changed, we don’t offer free support for this. We would love to, but we simply don’t have the time or bandwidth. JT & Kelsey pass on custom support requests over to Anita (our Mary Poppins support gal & recommended developer!) as their hands are full with theme development and their two energetic boys. 😉 Again, just to clarify, if you have questions about how to add more functionality to your website, or to change colors, fonts, etc., this would be considered customization.
