Please note that we will do our best to answer your questions relating to setting up and installing any Bloom theme. Customizations are not included in that support. It’s our goal to provide excellent customer service and we will strive to answer your request within 24-48 hours during business days!
How do I know what is support and what is a customization?
Our main goal is to assist customers with setting up their theme like the demo website. If you have questions about how to add more functionality to your website, or to change colors, fonts, etc., this would be considered customization. We currently do not provide customization services, but you are welcome to contact our recommended developer (she’s amazing!) for that service. We will be adding more resources to our blog and support site to accommodate customization requests. So be sure to look around and search for articles using the search icon in the bottom right of your screen!
