A super common question we get is how to add a personalized signature to the bottom of your WordPress blog posts.
Most responses out on the web suggests adding custom code to your themes’ functions.php file, uploading your signature into the Media area, and adding the URL of your image into the code. The problem with this method is that most bloggers do not know what the functions.php file is or they do not feel comfortable modifying their theme files… and who has time for that?!
Instead use a super, simple plugin that a one click install! Bloom child themes work with the Genesis Framework. The Signature Widget for Genesis was created to provide an easy way to add your signature, as well as a personalized message. Some users have also added coupons and special offers in this area.
